The Call Committee will have a kick-off lunch and meeting with the congregation after church to discuss the call process and to start gathering information. (The meeting will wrap up by 2:00 the latest.) Online Church calendar
You are invited/encouraged to use the church calendar on the church website as a resource about publicly advertised weekly and monthly events. If you have an event you are planning, it would be a way to see if there might be scheduling conflicts! And if you have any questions about scheduling you are welcome to contact the church office at admin@sflcsf.org.

Membership
Are you interested in becoming a member of St. Francis? Voting Members are baptized and confirmed adult (or youth) members. They can have their membership transferred from another congregation, or complete a New Member class. Associate Members hold membership in another congregation, but wish to have a more permanent relationship with St. Francis.  For more information, please contact Pr. Christian at pastor@sflcsf.org.

Help Us Fill Our Parish Hall Bulletin Board!  As we continue to celebrate the St. Francis community, we’re refreshing the bulletin board in the Parish Hall—and we’d love to include you! We want to create a joyful, welcoming display that reflects the people who make this church feel like home. Outreach Team member William Brogan will be taking individual photos/headshots during coffee hour and fellowship time to help fill out the board. If you prefer not to be photographed, please let him know — we want everyone to feel comfortable and included. For more information or to schedule your photo, please see William Brogan or another member of the Outreach Team (Kenji Nishiura, Brian Border). Thank you for helping us create a bulletin board that truly looks like St. Francis — warm, diverse, joyful, and full of grace.

Note to the Impromptu Choir

Greetings, beloved St. Francis choir singers - A reminder that I have signed up for Pastor Christian’s New Members Classes in March, scheduled for 9:30-10:30 AM. So, for all five weekends in March, I will start choir rehearsal at 10:30 AM until about 10:55 AM. If additional practice time is necessary, I am happy to set up additional practices with you all, either directly after worship or at some other time, TBD.

In the meantime, thank you for your interest and participation in the St. Francis music ministry. Every single voice matters! Please know that you are always welcome to come back—I am looking forward to preparing special music for our Sundays in Lent. With gratitude, Ray Capiral, Director of Music
