Singing is an important part of our worship and community at St. Francis. If you like to sing, then consider joining with the choir. We are made up of singers who learn by ear, but never learned to really read music, to singers with a conservatory training, and those with every sort of ability in between. We sing siimpler anthems and hymns during the offertory every few weeks, and a more challenging repertory for festival days.

Singers participate as much or as little as their schedule allows. Got a big work project or need to visit family? No problem. Our schedule allows for absences and we don’t meet every week. PDF’s of scores and links to practice videos are sent out by e mail, so we can prepare a bit on our own. It’s relaxed and yet, we are committed to being the best we can be with the time and talent we have.
